It’s officially springtime, and time to make the most of the berry season! This triple berry smoothie is easy to make, fresh, healthy, full of nutrients, and berry delicious.

Triple Berry Smoothie Recipe

Serves 1


Handful of fresh strawberries

Handful of fresh blackberries

Handful of fresh blueberries

Squirt of lemon juice

Small cup of cold water


1. Give your fresh fruit a wash and throw all your ingredients into a blender or smoothie maker.

2. Once blended, press the liquid through a sieve to remove the seeds, if preferred.

3. Pour straight into glass (I used a recycled jam jar), add a straw and serve.

4. I like to add a few more blueberries on top of mine for extra decoration.


High in antioxidants, vitamins, and other nutrients; this berry smoothie is the perfect way to start your day. You could even pop a lid on your jar and slurp on the way to work.

Experiment by adding other fruits such as raspberries, bananas or oranges. If you prefer your smoothies a little sweeter – try adding some honey and if you prefer them a little thicker – try swapping the water for natural yoghurt.
