To celebrate the arrival of our new Autumn Prairie collection, earlier this month we decided to give away an ethical fashion wardrobe worth £250 to one lucky Braintree fan! The prize would include your pick of our sustainable and organic dresses, tunics, throws and popular bamboo essentials – all designed to easily mix and match for creating the perfect Autumn outfits.

A huge thank you to everyone who entered! We’re now pleased to announce the lucky winner of our £250 Autumn Wardrobe competition is…

Autumn Wardrobe Competition Winner

Earlier this week, we chatted to Gilly to discover how she felt to have won and which prizes she’ll be choosing as part of her new autumn wardrobe…

Hi Gilly! How do you feel to have won our competition?
So excited, I am not usually very lucky and never win raffles, but being an optimist I keep entering. I was delighted and so pleased to have won such a wonderful prize.

How did you first discover Braintree Clothing?
I admired the top that a work colleague was wearing (it looked so soft and draped so beautifully) and she told me about your company and the website. I looked online, ordered a couple of items and joined your email group. I am very glad I did as this was how I heard about your competition.

Do you have a favourite Braintree item which you currently own?
My favourite at present is my Braintree animal print skirt. It is just so versatile and comfortable to wear.

Which prizes will you be choosing as part of your new autumn wardrobe?
The Saskia Dress, Yara Tunic, Hip Zip Throw in denim and Bamboo Basics in steel. Plus the Mustard Kayla Beanie and a selection of autumn Bamboo Socks.

Which of your winning items are you be most looking forward to wearing?
The Saskia Dress I think, it is so pretty. I will probably wear it with a pretty cardigan or possibly the throw. We are going out to lunch with some friends in a couple of weeks, so I will probably wear it then.
