To the Thought Community,

Protecting people and the environment is at the heart of everything we do. The last few months have been tough on all of us, but for some women, being confined to their homes has been almost unbearable.

Since lockdown began, domestic abuse charity Refuge have seen a 66% increase in calls to their National Domestic Abuse Helpline. Although lockdown measures have now been eased, right now, there are still many women and children trapped in terrifying situations. Refuge’s helpline is often the only place they can turn to for support. With a sharp rise in calls and a reduction in resource, it is now under a greater strain than ever.

Giving back wherever and whenever we can is a core part of who we are. This is why we have made the decision to support these vulnerable women in our communities by donating to Refuge.

£3 from the sale of each mask will be donated to Refuge, providing support for victims of domestic violence.

Designed by our in-house team, our reusable masks are made from 100% organic cotton. They are boned so can be adjusted to fit perfectly and have a double layered to accommodate a filter.

They can be machined-washed and reused. We recommend washing frequently between wears to keep them clean.

Working to help reduce fabric waste is part of our DNA. This is why our masks have been made from off cuts of our signature prints; championing less waste and giving a second life to our surplus fabric.

We support the philosophy that every small change really does matter. Whether this is through responsible resourcing or by supporting the communities around us, we know that the small changes we make together, will make huge a difference.
