Coconut, Lime & Sea Salt Foot Scrub

A soothing scrub that you can make at home with everyday ingredients. Perfect for reviving tired soles and softening feet.   Take a moment to think about what you can do to support #OrganicSeptemeber. A small change to your skincare routine can make a big change to the environment as well as to you. It is thought that we absorb up to 60% of what we put on our skin, so natural organic skincare will ensure you are not absorbing any parabens, petrochemicals, artificial colours or preservatives into your bloodstream. If you’re looking for organic beauty products whilst shopping, remember to look for the Soil Association logo on packaging, along with a percentage of organic ingredients, which should all be clearly displayed. Check out the Soil Association’s handy guide to organic beauty product labelling here.   Let us know if you try any of these organic beauty tutorials and share your organic tips, recipes and photos with us on social media @thoughtclothing using #OrganicBeauty.
