Strawberry Banana Smoothie Recipe
1 medium banana
A handful of fresh strawberries
A splash of milk
A few ice cubes
1. Wash and cut the leaves off the strawberries, remove the banana peel, and roughly chop all of the fruit.
2. Pop all of your ingredient into a blender or smoothie maker and mix until it forms a smooth frothy liquid.
3. Pour straight into a glass, add a straw, pop in a strawberry to decorate, and serve.
You can adjust the sweetness of this smoothie by adding some honey, or to adjust the thickness, try adding a little more milk. You could also experiment with adding yohurt, vanilla icecream or orange juice into the mix.
