Organic Sencha Green Tea:protects, and promotes healthy ageing
An everyday antioxidant, Sencha Green Tea helps to enrich and enhance the immune system. Sencha is grown away from direct sunlight and the leaves are harvested when the first leaves appear as these are the most nutritious. These leaves are then steamed, dried and rolled to enhance their intensity and flavour.

Organic Hibiscus:antioxidant and anti-inflammatory
Hibiscus pods (known as calyxes) are used to give infusions a deep rich red colour. High in antioxidants, Hibiscus is often used to support the immune system against coughs and colds. Hibiscus also helps to support the circulatory system.

Organic Lemon:cleansing and refreshing
Just a little Organic Lemon from Spain, which gives a cleansing citrusy flavour to your infusion.
