When you start with a bean as beautiful as this, it’s very hard to ruin it – so take it how you’d like. Its body is more than capable of holding its own when paired with milk, but if you want to make sure you get the most of this coffee, then we of course recommend drinking it black as a simple espresso - where the fine notes of green apple and blackcurrant will be most prominent.
When it comes to recycling your capsules, Cru Kafe recommends using the Dualit Ecco Press coffee capsule recycler to make the process easier.
