Standard Delivery is free with orders over £40 and delivery is currently 3-5 working days but could take longer during busy periods.
All our deliveries are contactless so you will not need to sign for them and drivers will ensure social distancing.
In addition, we have also extended our returns policy from 28 days to 90 days of receipt of your order over the Christmas period for those needing to return gifts.

We do also accept returns via other trackable services however the cost must be covered by the customer. Please ensure you keep the proof of postage as we cannot be responsible for lost mail. If you wish to use another trackable service please return your items to:

For international returns the cost is the responsibility of the customer. Please follow the steps below to return your items from overseas:
We try to turn around the exchange or refund within 10-14 working days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) from the date you send the item back.
Once we have completed your return we will email you letting you know whether we have carried out a refund or exchange.
All refunds are via the original method of payment. It typically takes 3 – 5 working days from the date we make the refund for it to appear in your PayPal balance or on your credit/debit card. This varies depending on the issuer and can be longer for international issuers.
Please bare in mind that multiple orders sent in the same returns parcel may take longer to process than normal.
Exchanges can only be made for different sizes or different colours of the same item. If you wish to exchange an item for a different style please request a refund following the process above and purchase the new style in a separate order
If you do want to exchange an item for a different size or colour you have 90 days from when you received your parcel. Simply post it to our returns address, with a note on the invoice of the new item you’d like.
We’ll do the exchange when your item reaches us – don’t worry; you won’t need to pay postage again. Please note that all exchanges are sent via our Standard Delivery service.
You can return sale items for an exchange or refund within 90 days of receiving them – exactly the same as any other item. Just follow the same steps mentioned above.
If you’re returning something during sale (it gets very busy), please allow a little time for your return to be processed.
