Covid-19 Delivery and Returns Update
Unfortunately, due to the current restrictions and matters beyond our control, we’re experiencing delays with orders from the UK to Europe. We have been informed that our courier will not be collecting European orders until after Saturday 16th January and we expect services to resume with delays from this date. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
Customers ordering for UK delivery are unaffected.

ORDERING AND DISPATCH
Please be assured we are actively following all government guidelines and taking all the necessary social distancing precautions at our warehouse.
Standard Delivery is free with order over £20 and is currently taking 3-5 working days, but could take longer during busy periods including sale. Please wait 10 working days from placing your order before contacting us.
If you do have any queries with your order, then email is preferable as the team are working remotely. Email us at [email protected] and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.
Standard Delivery is free for orders over £20 (£3 otherwise) and delivery is currently 3-5 working days but could take a little longer during busy periods. All our deliveries are contactless so you will not need to sign for them and drivers will ensure social distancing.

If you are returning an item, please bear with us. Due to the limited number of people working in our warehouse, returns are currently taking a little longer than the usual 8 working days. We have also extended our returns policy from 28 days to 90 days of receipt of your order over the Christmas period.
