Covid-19 Delivery and Returns Update

ORDERING, DELIVERY AND RETURNS UPDATE: 30th April 2020

Whilst we navigate through these uncertain times, we’ve made some changes here at Thought to ensure we protect our people, distribution partners and customers.

 

ORDERING AND DISPATCH

Please be assured we are actively following all government guidelines and taking all the necessary social distancing precautions at our warehouse.

We are currently experiencing delays with deliveries, please allow 10 working days from placing your order before contacting us.

If you do have any queries with your order, then email is preferable as the team are working remotely. Email us at [email protected] and we will aim to get back to you within 24 hours.

 

DELIVERY

With the current situation and in order to meet customer expectations, we have currently paused our Next Day Delivery. Standard Delivery is currently 5-8 working days but could take a little longer. All our deliveries are contactless so you will not need to sign for them and drivers will ensure social distancing.

RETURNS

If you are returning an item, please bear with us. Due to the limited number of people working in our warehouse, returns are currently taking a little longer than the usual 8 working days. We have also extended our returns policy from 28 days to 60 days of receipt of your order.
